Back in action

It has been a long 3 months since I last blogged. In case you wonder, there are just so much that happened. Our first helper gave us alot of problems and threw in her towel just a few days before I started work. People always say bad things can happen in a chain and true enough, Ryan caught hfm the second time. He was quarantined away from Sarah and school.

Poor Sarah has to be taken care by my mum while we wait for the new helper to come. Thus, we have to lug the children as early as 6am on the road to set off to my mum's place at AMK. After work, we usually reached home around 10pm; what a day!

Its still not there yet, Daddy went for his cataract eye surgery and we decided not to travel to AMK since he has to rest at home for a week. Luckily, we have Po po, Er gu, Da gu to help out with the children at our home. Sarah is thus taken care by Er gu this period.

Finally, our new helper came on board. I did not pin too much hope this round and just only asked for good attitude and kindness. Well, nobody is perfect. She is super forgetful and blur and can get me into my nerves at times. Having said that, her attitude is still okay so far and seems to like children. In the meantime, Er gu is training the new helper and she is been supervised by Po po.

Things are stabilizing and I hope I can update this blog more regularly ;o)

By the way, I have also tendered my resignation on Tuesday. It marks the end of my 8 yrs journey in EM. Not an easy decision to make definitely but I am looking forward to the new journey.
